Email verification problems

I'm having trouble with email verification for form fills. I received the verification email with no issue, but when I follow the "Yes it's me" link, I get a 404 page. The URL doesn't look right, there's a double slash after the base like: https://au.opencitiesplanner.bentley.com//... 

I've disabled the need for email verification for now, but would like to get it working.

    I just tested creating a comment with a verification step and it worked for me. There could be an issue in how your project or form were set up. When having support issues like this, I recommend you use our support portal. Follow this link: cityplanneronline.com/.../

    and add your questions / issues at the bottom. This makes it easier for us to keep track of all issues. In the support ticket, please give the name of the instance and project where you have created the form so that we can inspect.
