correct… for that is very good solution "Centroid package", from Simon Greener (author of GeoRaptor) - www.spatialdbadvisor.com

really works also for nonconvex polygons (spatialdbadvisor.com/.../13.gif), for parcels with holes…

Do you mean create centroid layer from Parcel layer in Oracle Spatial and create Point Text layer in GWP Administraor. Then use that layer in WMS. Correct?

However not i have new problem. The SDO_CENTROID in Oracle spatial does not provide true centroid. e.g. if my Parcel is of L shape the SDO_CENTROID is outside parcel hence my label is appearing outside parcel which falls on another parcel.

Do let me know if you have solution in Oracle spatial. .

not every case, but at some situations will be possible to use database views for labels…
