Hi,
Sorry to crash your forum but still no Geo Web Publisher option when asked to pick option.
We have our highlight colour set to Fuchsia in the map author - viewer section (at the top). However when we select elements in the website they mix with the colour of our symbols.
We have the zoom area fill transparency set to zero but still no difference.
The layer is also at the top of display order so is not being covered by any other layers.
Any help welcome.
Hi Nels,
Thank you for your reply. Yes sorry my mistake it's the Viewer properties in the Site Author.
Our symbols are part of an ODBC layer and are .png files. They are blue and yellow in colour but we seem to get dark purple and light purple for the blues and pink for the yellows when they are selected.
The ODBC layer in question is at the top of the display order tab in the Map Author.
Thanks,
Leah
We have been trying to get this to work both on our own and with the help of our IT tech but with no luck. We feel we have checked every obvious reason as to why it isn't working including permissions and file locations. We are getting the above error. Do you have any idea what this is?
Below is hopefully our cell library (if this has worked) just so you can check we have done this correctly if you need to.
Thank you,
BGSSymbols.cel
Hi Leah,
The cell library came through and seems not to be the source of the problem:
Regarding the failed conversion, please let us know:
- GWP version
- Operating System details
- was the batch file or command prompt run 'as administrator'
please include:
-batch file if applicable (rename to *.txt for upload)
- (otherwise) please include iDPRCNV syntax
thanks,
Nels
Thank you for your help, I'm glad the cell library is ok.
- GWP version V8i (SELECT series 5)
- Operating system - Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit
- Yes the IT tech ran it as administrator to check that
