I have ESRI shape files in WGS84 and would like to use the same for my dgn file. For some reason I could not line up elements in dgn to shapefile when I reference/import into dgn.
Please let me know.
Should support you have to set your local coordinate for DGN and then attach SHP as reference choosing Geographics-Reprojected option. To get better results adjust reprojection settings - https://communities.bentley.com/products/microstation/w/microstation__wiki/8950/reprojection-settings
