Geo Web Publisher one-to-many relation ?

Im using Geo Web Pulisher v8i SS1. I have dgn that has my graphical elements and they are linked to database via MSLINK. Lets say i have Estates table in database, and column MSLINK has values that link my graphical elements. But also i have table Buildings. Table Buildings has column Estates_MSLINK, which is foreign key from Estates. This column is not unique. On one estate, there may be many buildings. So i created my graphical source and defined Estates as database table. I also created another Non-Graphical source and it points to table Building, column Estates_MSLINK. But when trying to show that info in my GWP website, it says, that it can not connect to the database. So my question is: can GWP manage with one-to-many relations? And if it can, how should i do it?
