I am using GeoWebPublisher V8i Select Series 2 and we have just set up the redlining feature.
When I test this on our hosting server, I can create redline features, save the .dpr file and reload the .dpr file successfully.
However, when I test this remotely from my local pc through IE9, I am having problems on the reload of the .dpr file.
I dont get any error, the file simply doesn't load (or if it does load it's not being displayed on the map).
I have copied the .dpr file in question to the hosting server and tried loading it there, and once again it works ok.
Has anyone experienced this same issue or can someone suggest how I might resolve this?
Thanks everyone.
Where have you configured the redline files to be stored. If it is on the server and your local machine does not have access to it, then it will not find the files.

I'm saving the file to c:\temp\redline.dpr.
The save of the .dpr work fine, because I can pick it up, copy it to the hosting server and load it into the Map through the geoweb application on the server. However when I try loading it from my client machine, it doesnt seem to load. I dont get any errors, it's just that the information isn't added to the map.
Thanks.
I managed to resolve this.....it was a security setting which restricted the Redline control to operate correctly.
Setting the Site to a Trusted Site resolved the issue and everything is now working as expected.
Thanks!
Good, sorry I did not get back sooner ( traveling).
