Steps to Resolve

Access IIS and select the website, turn on the Features View to access the settings of the website. Open HTTP Response Headers

Add the following entry

Name: X-UA-Compatible
Value: IE=EmulateIE9 (In this case for Internet Explorer 9 compatibility)

When opening the correspondent website it will run in IE9 compatibility mode without requiring any action in client machine.
