In addition to the native Internet Explorer functionality, the Geo Web Publisher MapViewer includes 2 print tools:
Print (Plot View) : For output direct to selected printer/driver.
Advanced Print: For PDF file output with drawing template.
When utilizing Plot View, map element transparency may be determined by the available printer driver and inherent settings.
In cases of opacity where element transparency is expected and the printer driver settings cannot or do not allow for transparency to persist, the ‘Rasterized’ option may be engaged to force transparency output.
