In an offshore windfarm project, each monopile may have a different soil profile and loading condition, which may require lots of calculations for designing and be huge time-consuming for the project. With the introduction of the PLAXIS Monopile Designer using Python API, we can accelerate running many of such variations for different monopiles to get an optimized design using the 1D calculation based on PISA method that can give accurate results, fast calculation and cost-effective solution.
