SAP2000 Coupling Tool

Question

Why is the SAP2000 coupling tool not part of the connect edition of PLAXIS? They cannot just remove features for the same or higher license fee!

 We still have a structural coupling tool available: we offer the structural coupling tool with Staad.Pro: https://communities.bentley.com/products/geotechnical1/w/wiki/46134/using-the-plaxis-coupling-tool 
 In the past, we indeed released the older coupling tool (as a free, courtesy) external add-on to PLAXIS 3D 2016. Now we were not able to keep an open coupling with SAP2000 compatible with recent versions, and so we could not guarantee a smooth and robust operation. Because of this, we had to make a decision not to release the structural coupling tool with a connection with SAP 2000. 
 Could you also use Staad.Pro to enable the coupling of the geotechnical and structural model? If this is not possible, could you tell us what version of SAP2000 you are using?
