Plaxis update

Question

Hello i would like to update my Plaxis licenses and i cant find out how to do this. 
 
 Before we sent an email to Plaxis suport, they prepaired the update and then it was possible to update in Plaxis connect. 
 How do i do this now?

 This depends: 
 
 do you want to update the legacy PLAXIS version using the CodeMeter key? This is the old PLAXIS HWL release. If so, please email the Plaxis sales team. 
 If you want to move from this old system to the new one, please contact the sales @ plaxis.com team as well, so they can start the process to transition you from the old version to the new PLAXIS CONNECT Edition version.
