How can I get support from Plaxis team for answering my questions? In the past, I could directly send my problem to the support service of the Plaxis, but now I can not find any support team for sending my question and solving the problem.
Please guide me.

We already contacted to support service but we didn't receive any answer.

Thanks for your reply. Now I solved my problem but I sent some emails to Bentley that I never receive any answer.
In addition, I had some suggestions for my written code in the Automation process of Plaxis, too. However, again I didn't get any feedback from any person.

Regarding the support questions, I can see that you have created an account but it is not affiliated to the university account. Therefore we do not receive any questions from you.
Please refer to your university site administrator, who usually is an IT manager to add you as a user to the group so that you can contact us via the Service Request Manager.
