How can I get support from Plaxis team for answering my questions? In the past, I could directly send my problem to the support service of the Plaxis, but now I can not find any support team for sending my question and solving the problem.

The easiest is for your administrator to create the new account and send a service request and ask for your already created account to be deleted.
In general, your administrator can send service requests on your behalf to resolve issues with the administration of accounts, etc..
