support from Plaxis team

Question

How can I get support from Plaxis team for answering my questions? In the past, I could directly send my problem to the support service of the Plaxis, but now I can not find any support team for sending my question and solving the problem. 
 Please guide me.

 Regarding the support questions, I can see that you have created an account but it is not affiliated to the university account. Therefore we do not receive any questions from you. 
 Please refer to your university site administrator, who usually is an IT manager to add you as a user to the group so that you can contact us via the Service Request Manager.

Dear Mehran, 
 The easiest is for your administrator to create the new account and send a service request and ask for your already created account to be deleted. 
 In general, your administrator can send service requests on your behalf to resolve issues with the administration of accounts, etc..

 I have the same problem. My site admin helped me by reset the password (Bentley-IMS@bentley.com send me an email for that). But I still can not find any support team for sending my question. Hope you could help me.
