We use this tool (2Dto3DConverter program) since version 2017. But however, it does not work for PLAXIS CONNECT Editions for PLAXIS 2D. Can PLAXIS help to update the tool？

The PLAXIS 2D to 3DConverter is available in PLAXIS CONNECT Edition as a Tech. Preview. You can find this option under Expert menu.
Please make sure to upgrade your version to our latest PLAXIS CONNECT Edition V20 Update 1 to have all the new features and improvements.
