Please advise on how to get the convertor tool from 2D to 3D. I submitted the online request with the link which took me to the sales page.

With PLAXIS 2D CONNECT Edition V20 you can find the 2D to 3D Converter part of the Input program under Expert menu, as seen below:
Consider upgrading your version to the latest PLAXIS 2D to find this option.
My thanks, an upgrade is on the cards but not imminent. It may be early next year.
Until then, would it be possible to get a python script, please?
