Dear Daniel,

You should be able to access the Service Request Manager now.

The issue was the fact that your account was not affiliated (linked) to the Univesity account. Typically this is handled by your local (site) administrator, IT manager, as explained in step 6 in my previous message.

I will create your first service request and send you some extra information about your account.

Do you have a Bentley account? Maybe that is the reason why. Here is the information to follow:

To start with, you need to create a Bentley profile (user account). The profile needs to be affiliated to the company or organization you work for. Typically, an IT manager can perform the action of adding any user to the company or organization group.

The full procedure requires that you follow the steps below:

This page will require you to Register an account
Add your details to create your profile
Check your email to verify your account
Login to your account sent in the confirmation email
The Site Administrator in your company/organization can then add you as a user using the following link:

Proceed with submitting a Service Request or use our software:
