Hi All,
I have an issue with a connection of a vertical isolated plate with a slab.
We created a connection between them without any problem but when we tried to calculate then feedback window showed up with the following problem:
The only way seems to remove connection in order to calculate but this forces you to have a rigid connection between them.
Can anyone help us to solve this issue? We want to set a free degree of rotation between these two plates.

Could you please inform me do you have any interfaces on these plates?As far as I remember it is impossible to use connection between two plates or between plate and beam without interface element.For more information, please, see the video: communities.bentley.com/.../custom-connections
Ups....I just found the solution in the Reference Manual.... Activate interfaces for both plates and solved!

You are correct. Interfaces need to be created on both sides for all plates involved in a custom connection.
Nice that you spotted the solution in the Reference manual.
