Generate mesh of same model. Success in "coarse", but failed in "medium"

Question

Dear All, 
 Is there any limitation of nodes? or any other things go wrong? 
 Coarse: 
 "_mesh 0.075 256 False Generated 4505 elements, 7058 nodes" 
 Medium: "_mesh 0.05 256 False Meshing failed with the following error: Fatal: Could not generate mesh."

Dear William , 
 As far as I know, there is no limitations of nodes. 
 PLAXIS has inner settings that controlling finite element (tetrahedron) configuration. In some cases if you use smaller elements (Medium), the mesher could give meshing error. Anyway it is recommended to check the Quality spheres in Mesh tab in Output: 
 
 You see green-brown-red elements. Green &mdash; very good finite elements. Red &mdash; very bad. 
 
 To see green element you need to raise yellow bar on the right legend: 
 
 Also the user should inspect Minimum value of Quality spheres &mdash; at the bottom of the window. if the Minimum value of Quality spheres is lower that 0.01, the user has to be prepared that the further calculations could failed . On my screenshot Minimum value is quite good, more that 0.08: 
 
 But if you have values like 10^-3, 10^-6, 10^-9 or lower, it means that there are very lengthen tetrahedron like needles or icicles. It would be better to refine mesh in this red area. Especially, if this area is located near your calculated structure.
