There is a table with Shortcuts Output Program in PLAXIS Reference Manual (Appendix E in 2D Manual).
I want to make the same table with Shortcuts Input Program for our clients. Please find below a list I have made:

Indeed, we are missing this page for PLAXIS 2D. I will request that from our documentation team.
To add a few more:
Shift + Ctrl + F9 Opens Command runner, pastes Windows clipboard in commands runner and executes these directly
Shift + Ctrl + N Starts a new project, opens Command runner, pastes Windows clipboard in commands runner and executes these directly
Shift + Ctrl + Alt + <number> Run an added Macros
