Error while meshing

Question

Hello, 
 
 I am working in a project in Plaxis 3D with complicated geometry. Unfortunately, I have the following error when I want to go mesh part: 
 Intersection failed with this error: InvalidIntersectionResults The following objects are producing non valid shapes: Volume_2 Volume_5 
 
 Do you know what the reason is?

Dear Reyhaneh, 
 I agree with Rushan. Typically we need to check the model and due to confidentiality, we ask to submit a service request. 
 Intersection seems to fail considering this object so we need to investigate why.
