Hello, I want to model two perpendiculairs tunnels (tunnel ad gallery) *** are excavated by two differentes techniques NATM and TBM ,is it possible by plaxis V203D?

 Yes, it is possible. You can either use our functionality, e.g. Tunnel designer tool, cylinder command (for TBM) or import the geometry. 
 For importing make sure the geometry is accurate. Note that we support the files mentioned in the article below: communities.bentley.com/.../how-do-i-import-a-geometry-in-plaxis-3d
