Where can I find to download the Conversion Tool files I need to extract to \pytools\input\ in the PLAXIS 2D installation directory?
Does this work on Plaxis 20.2.0.83?
Dear Guillermo,
Since the release of PLAXIS CONNECT Edition V20.01 the PLAXIS 2D to 3D converter is available for use as a Technology preview.

Hi,
The built in 2D-to-3D-converter works fine when I run PLAXIS (2000.04.00.790) on my local computer, which is a simple laptop with very limited hardware capacity.
However, the converter does not work when I run PLAXIS using our VDI-solution (a computer with very good hardware capacity which I connect to via Citrix).
Is there a solution to this…?
Dear Torbjörn,
In general, all PLAXIS applications are implemented and tested to work on typical Windows installations running on a physical PC. I am not sure what your VDI-solution involves so I am interested to see why this does not work there as if both PLAXIS 2D and 3D are installed, including the Python distribution required (comes with installation), I expect it to work.

Hello, for my Master-Thesis I work with Plaxis 2019 because that is the licence available at my University.I wanted to follow the "old" path running the python-script.Is there any chance of getting the older zip-file?
