Subgrade modulus of the soil in Plaxis 2D

Can't we do like that, apply prescibed displacement 25mm and obtain maximum pressure (sigma yy) and using sigma yy / allowable displacement (25mm) as the subgrade modulus ?

You are correct, even though to be precise I would define it as normal stress over displacement. In your case it seems that the vertical stress is enough.

PLAXIS development is working on a solution for this feature.
