SVFlux Pwp output

Question

I am encountering the following issue while doing coupled SVFlux-SVSlope analysis: I am using V 5.4.08 
 The position of the phreatic surface is somehow being taken outside the slope boundary for transient analysis. 
 Thus the corresponding stability analysis is giving unrealistic results with an increased factor of safety corresponding to increasing Phreatic level with time for transient analysis. 
 Kindly suggest the possible reason for this & how to rectify it.
