Custom connection

Question

Dear all, 
 I am trying to connect two plates using the custom connection. When I ran Plaxis 3d for a very simple model I encountered the following error "Picos solver: incorrect solution, slow convergence. [Error code: 204]." I would be grateful if someone can guide me on how I can figure out this issue.

 What if you: 
 1. use pardiso instead? That often helps. 
 2. Does your plates intersect? 
 3. Are you running with too many - or too few elements?

 Then you need to make sure that every part has a custom connection so that all plates are well defined. 
 Otherwise, by default, the plates are rigidly connected and that can affect the other parts.

 In principle you can select the connection object with your left mouse button and press the Delete button on your keyboard or run the command, for example: delete Connection_1 
 We have a planned item to add the option in the RMB combo options.

By the way, there is no way to deactivate a custom connection as it applies as a global condition between the plates (and plate with beam). Once introduced you can configure the connection behaviour (rotation, translations) but it remains always active when both components are activated.
