I want to retrieve a list with boreholepolygons and such model attributes related to soil geometry with bounding-box dimensions using Python. in addition, is there any way to get exact coordinates of boreholespolygons?

Dear Mohamed, 
 Using the info command on the object you are looking for can reveal the commands and attributes that can be used for this object. 
 For instance, info BoreholePolygon_1 can give you a hint that you can do the following: echo BoreholePolygon_1.Area 
 In Staged construction the objects are recreated due to intersection occurring when passing the Mesh mode. 
 Then, the info command will show you the relevant options, such as: 
 echo Polygon_1_1.BoundingBox
