How can I draw a line between two points in the already existing model in Plaxis 3D without having to enter the coordinates of the end-points? Is there a possibility to "catch" the already existing points to draw the line or implenent a pointload a lot faster and easier?

PLAXIS gives a really great functionality with commands. Almost everything you do via cursor and keyboard you can do via command line. All commands you can find in the menu Help → Command reference:
