NaN found in stiffness matrix element. [Error code: 36]

Question

Hello everyone , 
 
 I got this "NaN found in stiffness matrix element. [Error code: 36]" in dynamic analysis "Earthquake" 
 I got this error just if I use Very stiff or soft rock material in HS-small model , and using compliment base boundary at the bedrock, in other words, if I used fixed or Visco at the base the error disappear. 
 
 could you give the reason and solution?
