dll file does not show in selection module

Question

For a project I received a UDSM file and I tried to load it into plaxis 2D. 
 
 I loaded it in to the udsm folder; 
 C:\Program Files\Bentley\Geotechnical\PLAXIS 2D CONNECT Edition V20\udsm 
 however the specific .dll file does not show up in my DLL selection module. 
 The file was made in 2014 and I suspect it might a 32bit file since it does not have the 64 suffix. Is there any way I can still use this soil model?

Dear Jesse, 
 PLAXIS only recognizes 64-bit DLL files as it is a 64-bit application. 
 Unfortunately, you cannot continue with that DLL unless you can access that old PLAXIS version. 
 Note that we deliver our UDSMs with the installation of CONNECT Edition, but of course, if you have a UDSM from another user or researcher you can ask them to compile a new version for you.
