I have been trying to simulate dynamic plate load test in plaxis2D, incase of soil it works fine as the deflection can be used to get the dynamic modulus but incase of pavement with high elastic modulus ex:7000mpa there is very little deflection. I tried change dimensions but to no avail. Is there anything I can do or is plaxis not suitable for pavement layer?
