Getting the following error for no apparent reason right at the start of the program. Gets fixed by restarting but would like to know the root cause why.

The error message specifies a connection error. This means that Python tries to communicate with the PLAXIS API and it is refused.
My first guess would be a security application (e.g. endpoint system) that might filter/block communications with PLAXIS.
