how to correctly provide pile head connection while modelling a piled raft foundation?

Question

Here raft is modelled as a volume element and piles as embedded pile element, and a negative interface is given between raft and soli. Please kindly help as the results are coming same for the pile head connection condition.

The pile head connection option is only for connection between the pile head and plate elements, not for raft elements modelled using volume elements. 
 With a raft modelled as volume elements you can: 
 1) Connected the embedded beam to the bottom of the raft to create a hinged connection 
 2) Stick the embedded beam slightly inside the raft so that the raft and embedded beam are connected over short length. This will give a near-moment fixed connection.
