How to program the user-defined soil model into DLL file in non FORTRAN language?

Dear Kang Cheng, 
 It's possible to program a user-defined soil model in any programming language as long as it can produce a DLL. The principle remains the same, as described in the Material Models Manual - the language is just different. Hence, if you know how to create a DLL rather than an application in your favourite programming language, you can technically create a UDSM.
