PLAXIS Output Program

Question

PLAXIS output program is not working. I have to select points for curves but I cant because the output program is not working. Solution?

 That is very unfortunate. I have some questions to better understand the issue. 
 
 Is it the first time you use PLAXIS? Has it ever worked fine? If yes, did you make any changes to your PC? 
 Do you get any error messages? 
 Can you try to launch PLAXIS Output directly from Windows Start menu programs? This can show if the issue is Input or Output itself.
