 Sorry to see that you encountered a bug in our PLAXIS 3D program. 
 By the screenshot, the only thing I can notice is the very long directory path where your project is stored. Sometimes we have seen that some errors may appear because of that. 
 Can you please try to store the project in a local folder for which the directory path is shorter?
