I am a new plaxis user. I have problems with Plaxis which it worked fine for couple months. When I generated mesh, it worked ok. But somehow, when I wanted to view mesh and it pop up a plaxis output window, the window keep not responding. When I wanted to view my result after running the calculation. The problems occur again. I found the information that the output is not responding is because of the bug and errors. But I do not know how do I solve the issues.
Could you please help me with this?

If Output used to work, the first thing I would check is what updates or changes were applied on the PC that might affect PLAXIS.
PLAXIS Output uses the GPU to visualize the model, so you can also try to upgrade your graphic's card drivers. That typically solves most of the problems.
