Hello, in a 3D dam, how can I put the water load only in the storage volume and see the infiltration in the dam. Thanks for the answer.

  • Hi Juan,

You should be able to draw a groundwater surface that is at the elevation of the water surface in the storage volume and only apply it to the storage volume (or the ground surface below the storage volume). You'll need to be sure that you have a realistic starting condition, and realistoc boundary conditions on all four sides and bottom of the model to get realistic results.

The model looks great! Did you build it from LiDAR data?

    Good look.
