Stress in newly activated soil clusters - can it be manually increased?

Hi,

I am wanting to add newly activated soil clusters with higher initial stress than the surrounding soil, in a Plaxis 3d model.

This is to simulate an increase in horizontal stress in a localised area of matrix soil due to stone column installation part way through a construction sequence involving several previous phases.

Is there a way to do this in a phase following the initial stress set up phase?

I am aware the stress can be increased in specific soil clusters in the initial phase, but I want to do it a subsequent phase to model the construction sequence realistically.
