In Plaxis v20 2D, How to modify PVD specification?

It is not entirely clear to me what you mean by modifying the PVD specification.
In PLAXIS 2D it is possible to model the PVDs using drain elements, which is also explained in our Reference manual (2D CONNECT Edition V20 and V21 Reference manual, chapter 12.3, page 482 and page 490, respectively).

PVD has some spec. like permeability which allows the water to enter the PVD and then releases it, known as discharge capacity. In plaxis V20 2D, I didn't find any drain parameters (permeability and discharge capacity) that can be modified . But only sound soil's permeability .
My quarry is , how can I input PVD 's permeability and discharge capacity?
