Change name in the webinar certificate

Question

Hi all, 
 
 I registered the Plaxis webinar and the certificate use my forum name which is short form. Please tell how to provide my full name in the certificate (I changed to full name here from Nitha NN).

Dear Nitharshan On the Bentley Learning overview https://learn.bentley.com/transcript/ there is a link at the bottom called Problem with your transcript? 
 If will point you to http://apps.bentley.com/srmanager/Training 
 On the page, after logging in with your Bentley ID, make sure to select the category: Certificates related , see below.
