Large Displacement in Consolidation Phase

Greetings to whoever reading this,

I'm modeling construction of a pre-loading embankment on soft soil, to be improved by pre-loading and PVD's, to get the ultimate consolidation settlement and the time needed for it under the effect of the embankment loading. But for each calculation phase, I switch the Updated Mesh mode ON. The Construction-Stage-loading-type calculation phases are properly calculated, but the further phases, i.e. Minimum excess pore pressure target phase or any subsequent phase, fail. The error that comes out is "Jacobian matrix is less than or nearly zero. [Error code: 15]". So I investigated the model well for different stiffness ratios and other aspects that can lead singularity in the Jacobian matrix, but I can not figure it out yet. This is show in the figure below.

The consolidation settlement is expected to be around 2.50 m, calculated with 1D simplified consolidation approach. This is why I'm choosing Updated Mesh. This is also the output shading of excess pore water pressures after the last successful calculation phase, may it help.
