Difference between geotextile and geogrid in PLAXIS 3D

In PLAXIS we have one type of element that can deal with this: this is called the geogrid element, but you may also use it for geotextile, or geosynthetics.
These are all elements that can withstand axial extension, but no bending nor compression.
