 Looking at the Reference Manual (p485-486) the following points gain my attention:

&lt;p&gt;Projects 0 - 3 are the actually parameter variations, hence every of those projects represents a combination of parameters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Min and Max projects gather for every node and stress point the maximum value that occurs in projects 0 - 3 and put that together. So the Min and Max project show for every point the minimum and maximum value over all variations. It can very well be that a certain node gets the maximum displacement from variation 1 and the minimum displacement from variation 2 while the adjacent node gets the maximum displacement from variation 3 and the minimum from variation 2 while the maximum excess pore pressure comes from variation 6 etc....&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is what remark 1) in the manual indicates....&lt;/p&gt;
