I have successfully run a sensitivity analysis and parameter variation, and now have access to the automatically generated output files corresponding to each case.
Looking at the Reference Manual (p485-486) the following points gain my attention:
Note that the Min and Max project contain a collection of results from different parameter variations and do not form a consistent set of results for one particular set of parameters.
The Min and Max project may be used to evaluate the range of results that can be expected based on the parameter variations considered
I have opened the <projectname>_Max output file and am viewing the results.
Can someone clarify what point (1) actually means in the context of interpreting the results? I thought this <project>_max output simply reflects a calculation using max[param1] and max[param2] - even though this is not actually a combination I care about.
How can I usefully use these ParVar outputs to assess how one variable changes with variation in a parameter? I do not just want to view arbitrary combinations of results. Not sure if i'm missing something.
Do the other folders named 0 to 3 in the image have any utility here?
Thanks
