My question is how to stimulate these things in Plaxis 2D and if any ways to find the neutral plane through analysis?

Can anyone explain plz? because with the variation of load the neutral plane is varied based on the following paper
how to stimulate this variation in Plaxis 2D? and Why for settlement calculation only drag load is considered (please explain that settlement trend as shown in the picture above)?

Soil stresses on a pile are caused by the difference in displacement between the soil and the pile. If the soil and the pile would have exactly the same displacement, there would be no additional force on the pile as the soil and the pile move together as one single block. I'm not sure what is further to explain on this, it's just how it works and PLAXIS takes that into account.
