PLAXIS offers using Python scripting to automate almost all processes, including the post-processing of data from Output. I would advise you to check some of our examples on how to extract data from Output and then find the best way to handle this data with Python (e.g., do a quick check online on modules for Excel).

https://communities.bentley.com/products/geotech-analysis/w/plaxis-soilvision-wiki/45393/api-python-scripting---plaxis

If you do not want to use Python scripting at all, then you will need to manually copy & paste the tabular results from Output.
