What is the meaning of "Maccel" value in the calculation kernel?

Hello everyone 
 I wonder about the meaning of the Maccel value. I checked the Plaxis 2D reference manual and it says "The value of this parameter is always 0." 
 
 Why it's always zero and what does it do?

Dear Samet, 
 This multiplier is no longer used in the latest versions of PLAXIS. It used to be the case in the very old times (legacy versions) when pseudo-static accelerations were applied. 
 In our newer versions, this is handled directly via the multiplier &Sigma;&Mu;stage.
