Hello, 
 I am getting the following error 
 Soil body seems to collapse. Please inspect Output results. Accuracy condition not reached in last step. [Error code: 111] 
 Please, Any advice? Soil does not seem to collapse when I check the output plots. I saw

Dear Ayda, 
 When soil body collapse error occurs it is important to inspect various Output plots to understand what is happening. 
 Typically we recommend checking the following: 
 
 deformed mesh 
 total displacements (shaded plot) 
 incremental displacement (shaded plot and/or arrows) 
 total deviatoric strain (shaded plot) 
 incremental deviatoric strains (shaded plot) 
 plastic points 
 when applicable: excess pore pressures (pexcess) 
 
 A combination of these plots will usually give insight into what is happening. 
 Note that according to our Reference manual (Appendix section about Calculation warnings errors in PLAXIS) the error might also be related to accuracy, which may be solved by increasing the Max steps property in that phase.
