PM4SAND dll

Question

I am working with PLAXIS2d 2019 and PLAXIS3d 2018 and I want to use the PM4sand constitutive model. 
 I saw that with the release of PLAXIS CONNECT 2020 the model is already in the PLAXIS software. ( communities.bentley.com/.../udsm-pm4sand) 
 I suppose in our case we have to install a dll file. However, I cannot find the dll at your site. 
 Could you may help me with this. Do you have any instructions or maybe do you have the dll file.

 You mentioned before that you are working with PLAXIS 2D 2019 and PLAXIS 3D 2018, yet you try to use the PM4SAND DLL from our latest version (V22). These are not compatible as you can imagine. 
 If you upgrade to PLAXIS CONNECT Edition V22, then yes, that should work. 
 Again, you can request the PM4SAND DLL file for the version you are using via a service request:

Dear Konstantine, 
 There might be a miscommunication there with the team, I guess, as with each release we may implement improvements to the models. This may result in having the DLL no longer compatible with older versions. 
 Special note that 2D 2019 and 3D 2018 use our old licensing system therefore all DLL that are meant for CONNECT Edition probably do not work in those legacy versions. 
 I will check the inbox for your request and verify that everything works fine as in my case, too.
